Our lovely team of staff and volunteers working at the Broughton Post Office are looking forward to handling your banking and mail needs and answering any questions or queries that you may have about our services.
Our banking services are a great favourite. Don’t forget, as well as withdrawing cash, you can also pay in money and get the balance of your account using your debit card. If you are organising an event and need some change you can order coin and notes from us using our special order form but please give us at least one weeks notice or longer if you need very large amounts. When collecting or paying in large amounts please note that Mondays are always the busiest day in any post office.
As the holiday season is fast approaching you can order your travel money online and collect it from us or we can order it for you at our counter. We currently stock euros and if you can order your dollars from us then we might be able to stock these in future. As a handy alternative to paying with cash or debit and credit cards abroad, have you considered ordering a Post Office Travel Money card from us? It can be loaded with up to 22 currencies at any one time and can be used for spending and ATM withdrawals in over 200 countries in 36 million locations. You can top up funds on the card and transfer currencies between different ‘Wallets’ for these currencies in the Post Office travel app or online. We would welcome the opportunity to explain more about this card and we have some leaflets on it too.

Great news everyone, our Post Office is now a dedicated Amazon Hub for our Broughton community. Instead of waiting in for a driver you can now choose online when you are ordering on Amazon to have your parcel delivered to our Post Office and you can collect it from us when you would like! We can also handle any returns that you have of course. Maybe even grab a coffee and cake when you pop in!
If you make a purchase online which has a DHL delivery option, you can
choose Broughton Post Office as the collection point. DHL will then deliver your parcel directly to us for you to pick up.
